Sometimes a project needs a sustained discovery phase. Sitting down with the creative team well before the shoot on Samsung’s “Balancing Act,” we talked a lot about directions. How old is the kid? What will the house be like? Whose POV? The discussions led to a set of criteria for original demos and the eventual final track.
